The Center for Medicare Advocacy (CMA) is a national non-profit organization that provides research, analysis, education, and advocacy to help older people and people with disabilities obtain fair access to Medicare and quality health care. We focus on the needs of Medicare beneficiaries, people with chronic conditions, and those in need of rehabilitation and long-term care. positions that advance the interest of fair access for beneficiaries
• Review and analyze proposed legislation, report on areas of import, write
and advance alternative legislative language as needed

• Analyze data and provide programming assistance from
CMA Health Policy Consultants knowledgeable about Medicare
coverage, administrative appeals, and medical billing practices
