      I am not sure what you mean by this, but let me try to build a bridge.
      I am just trying to remind people that Medicare is truly a public program. My 30 years representing Medicare beneficiaries tells me that Medicare serves older people very well and that a similar public option for all Americans would be a breath of fresh air.
